The programme gives ambitious players the opportunity to experience life inside one of Spain's leading professional football clubs.

Delivered in partnership with Iberopath and Cádiz CF, this programme places players into an authentic professional environment where they are coached, assessed and developed by the club's coaching staff.

Every player is evaluated throughout the programme and placed within the most appropriate training environment based on their current ability. Depending on performance, this could include opportunities to work inside the clubs Academy, B Team or First Team systems.



This is not simply another football camp. It is a genuine football development experience designed to identify potential and create realistic progression opportunities.

For players approaching senior football who demonstrate the required standard.

- First Team Opportunities

Exceptional performers may receive opportunities to progress further within the club's professional structure.

While progression is the objective, selection remains entirely performance based and opportunities cannot be guaranteed.

What's Included

This programme is designed for ambitious players who are committed to developing their game within a professional football environment.

To maintain the quality of the experience and ensure players are placed at an appropriate level, all applications are subject to an assessment process. Places are limited and offered only to players who meet our selection criteria.

As part of your application, you will be asked to provide:

• A summary of your recent playing history.
• A current player highlight or showcase video.
• A reference or recommendation from your current or most recent coach.
• Any additional football CV or supporting information that strengthens your application.

Our coaching team will review every application to determine whether the programme is the right fit for your current stage of development.



Players whose applications are successful will receive an invitation to join the programme, along with full registration details, travel guidance and the final itinerary.

This selective process allows us to create a professional training environment where every player has the opportunity to develop, compete and be assessed at the highest possible standard.
