 Individual

SPANISH Trials

Your opportunity to train, compete and be assessed within professional football in Spain.

This is not a football camp, showcase event or football holiday.
It is an individual trial opportunity.

Application by Invitation Only

Successful applicants are placed directly into an appropriate club environment in Andalucía, where they train with 1st teams, 'B' teams, academy or age appropriate teams and are assessed by coaches working within the professional game.

This Is a Trial

Player training within a Spanish club environment

01

The Application Process

Every player must apply before being accepted. Your application must include your football CV, playing history and supporting evidence of your playing level. Where available, we also request match footage, references and other information that helps us understand your football background.

Our team reviews each application before deciding whether we believe the player is suitable for one of our trial opportunities. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Football CV and playing history required
  • Match footage and references requested where available
  • Applications reviewed individually before any decision
  • Invitation issued only where an appropriate opportunity exists

02

What Happens During Your Trial

You will enter a genuine football environment rather than a group created specifically for international trialists. You have not been scouted or invited directly by the club. Your opportunity has been created through the professional relationships and football network behind the programme.

During your trial you will train with academy, development or age appropriate players according to your age and current level. Where appropriate and available, this may also include match involvement.

  • Technical ability and tactical understanding assessed
  • Physical qualities and decision making evaluated
  • Attitude, professionalism and coachability monitored
  • Overall suitability for the club environment considered

The purpose is simple.

To find out where you genuinely stand within Spanish football.

Coach assessing a player during a Spanish club training session

The Most Important Difference

Your Level Determines Your Pathway

We do not believe that one unsuccessful assessment should automatically mean the end of an opportunity. Our network allows us to assess the player first and then identify the most appropriate level.

↓

If Assessment Level is Lower

Atlético Central

If a player demonstrates qualities suitable for a different level, an opportunity at the appropriate standard is recommended. Assessment does not have to mean failure.

●

Initial Assessment Environment

Cádiz CF

A player may initially trial within the Cádiz CF environment. The assessment determines the appropriate next step — in either direction.

↑

If Assessment Level is Higher

Sevilla FC / Real Betis

If a player demonstrates a level beyond the initial environment, opportunities within higher level environments may be explored where appropriate.

There is no predetermined start point or outcome. The objective is to identify your level and then use our football network to put the right player in front of the right people. This reflects the pathway already established within our Player Passport, where assessment leads to feedback and, where appropriate, the "Next Opportunity".

Every Player is Different

3 Days to 8 Months

There is no standard trial duration because every player's circumstances are different. The appropriate duration will depend on your age, ability, availability, objectives and the recommendation made following your application.

3–5

Days

Short Professional Assessment

A focused, intensive assessment within the club environment. Designed for players with limited availability who want a clear, professional evaluation of their current level.

1–4 Weeks

Extended Assessment and Integration

More time to settle, demonstrate ability across multiple sessions and begin to integrate into the squad environment. Allows for fuller assessment of attitude and coachability.

1–3 Months

Longer Term Training and Development

A meaningful period of training, development and assessment within the club. Appropriate for players looking to build on initial feedback and develop within a Spanish football environment.

Up to 8 Months

Extended Football Placement Within Spain

A full extended placement within a Spanish club. For the right player at the right level, this represents a genuine opportunity to become part of an international football environment and allow the club sufficient time to make a considered decision.

Inside the Programme

What Happens During Your Trial

You will enter a genuine football environment rather than a group created specifically for international trialists. Depending upon your age and assessed level, you will train alongside academy, development or age appropriate players. The exact programme will differ between clubs and individual players, but the purpose remains the same: give you sufficient opportunity to demonstrate your ability while allowing experienced coaches to assess how you perform within their environment.

As outlined in our Player Passport, assessment considers:

Technical ability  ·  Tactical understanding  ·  Physical qualities  ·  Attitude  ·  Potential

After the Assessment

Honest Feedback. Realistic Recommendations.

At the end of the assessment, we want you to know more about yourself as a player than when you arrived. Where a club believes you meet its requirements and wishes to progress the relationship, the club will discuss the appropriate next steps.

  • A contract with the club
  • A binding long term agreement with the club
  • Further assessment with the same club
  • An extended period with the club
  • An opportunity at another appropriate level
  • Introduction to another club within our network
  • A longer term development opportunity
  • Areas of your game requiring further development

This Point Matters

No Contract Guarantees

No legitimate organisation can guarantee that you will sign a professional football contract before you have demonstrated that you are good enough. We do not sell contracts.

We provide access to genuine football environments, professional assessment, honest feedback and opportunities created through established relationships within the game.

"We don't promise professional contracts. We provide genuine opportunities."

If you are looking for a guaranteed contract, this programme is not for you.

If you want the opportunity to prove yourself, receive an honest assessment and discover what level you can genuinely compete at within Spanish football, we want to hear from you.

Who Is Behind This

A Different Type of Opportunity

These opportunities have been created through collaboration between former professional players, experienced current coaches, trusted football professionals and progressive thinking clubs in Andalucía. They are not mass participation international experiences.

Places are limited and applications are assessed individually. For the right player, this provides something difficult to obtain without established contacts within professional football: the opportunity to get into the environment, train, compete, be assessed and find out whether you are good enough.
